My brother purchased for me a guitar and it came with a 3 inch crack running up the fingerboard. The paint job included over spray inside the hollow body. The hard case promised was a zipper nylon bag that looked beat up and used. What kind of company has no company voice mail?
Upon receipt I noticed there was a few quality control issues with the guitar. I let customer service know of the specific issues and they handled the situation very very well to my satisfaction. It’s nice when customer service can make a touchy situation work out well for the consumer. Use this comments board to leave complaints and reviews about glarrymusic.
After a couple hours with my guitar tech tools I had a playable instrument which I will feel good about donating to a local home for kids. The overall construction is a mixed bag, the wiring seems to be done very well, and the pots had great spread and no noticeable buzz came from the pickups. On the other hand, the nut is poorly cut, the tuners are hard to turn, the guitar has subpar tuning stability, but the frets are very level and smooth.
While the guitar has an unbeatable price, there are several features that require major improvement or work to match the quality of a Fender-backed Squier. However, thanks to this low price, there is also a lot of value you can extract from this model, especially with the nice, unique finish options. From what I saw about others’ reviews, it seems that any problems were sincerely addressed, with satisfactory results. Apparently communications are good and customer oriented, with a desire to please any unhappy campers… I received this guitar quickly and it was as described.
We ordered a 3/4 GV100 violin and what we received was essentially trash. It was only about $60.00 but it’s so awful no one even wants it as a donation. It would cost over $100.00 just to get it usable after taking it to the music store to be looked at.

I really don’t think anyone would regret purchasing this instrument at the end of the day. I received my electric guitar the other day, very fast delivery. Frets were flawless the neck pocket is super tight.beautiful paint job. It’s amazing for less than $100 you can get a playable guitar let alone a great guitar.
Two separate occasions there has been a problem and they have been resolved very… Something that really struck me though was how the guitar took drive or distortion pedals. When I played this back to back with Affinity Tele I reviewed earlier, I realized how thin the Glarry truly sounds. Even with an Ibanez TS9 or Boss DS-1, the guitar simply couldn’t produce a rich, full sound at any of the 5-way positions.
Someone called back and promptly hung up on us as we were asking for a refund. I would have felt better if they took my money and not sent the piece of crap at all. Ordered a guitar, and after reading negative reviews about their scamming habits, cancelled my order. I talked to a team at glarry, and they confirmed my order was cancelled before the order shipped and that I would be entitled to a full refund. However, the company never refunded me whatsoever and I had to contest the charge to get a refund. I recently purchased one of their higher end guitars.
